2. The method according to claim 1, about tl and h ayusch and the fact that the formation of plastic-mass buildings on the blade part is produced with the formation of grooves on their front sides in the zone of partitions between adjacent razors, and cutting the strip into partitions produced in the recesses of the shells.
3. The method according to PP, 1 and 2, which is tactile in that the strips are cut to form the blade part of the strip protruding from the plastic case for fastening the razor handle.
This invention relates to personal care products, in particular, to a method of making safety razors. A known method of manufacturing safety razors 5 involves forming a blade part for several razors in the form of a strip with a length designed to form a p and blades having at least two cutting edges and holes extending along the strip and separated by partitions placed along and across the strip, cutting the strip into blades along partitions, molding plastic cases on the blade part 1J. The disadvantage of this method is low productivity and insufficient quality of razors. The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity and quality of razors. This goal is achieved in that according to the method of manufacturing safety razors, including the formation of a blade part for several razors in the form of a strip with a length calculated for the formation of a pair of blades having at least two cutting edges and holes along the strip and separated by partitions placed along and across the strip, cutting the strip into blades along partitions, molding the plastic housings on the upper part of the blade, the latter being carried out directly on the strip before cutting it into blades with mations with the gaps between adjacent buildings razors. The molding of plastic shells on the blade part is carried out with the formation of grooves on their face sides in the zone of partitions between adjacent razors, and the cutting of a strip along the partitions is carried out in the grooves of the shells. Moreover, the strips are cut to form a strip portion of the blade portion protruding from the plastic case for fastening the razor handle. FIG. 1-4 shows the formation of the blade part; FIGS. 5-7, molding plastic cases; A method of manufacturing safety razors involves forming a blade part for several razors in the form of a strip 1 with a length designed to form rasters and blades having at least two edges 2 and holes 3 extending along the strip and separated by partitions 4 and 5, placed respectively along and across the strip 1, cutting the strip 1 into blades along the partitions 4, molding the plastic housings 6 on the blade part 7. Forming the plastic housings 6 on the blade part 7 o uschestvl dissolved directly on the strip 1 prior to cutting it to the blade while forming a gap 8 between adjacent housings. Separate blades can be connected by partitions 9, while the molding of plastic housings 6 on the blade part 7 is carried out with the formation of notches 10 on their face sides in the area of partitions 11 between adjacent razors, at that. each notch is wider than the partition. The cutting of the strip 1 is carried out with the formation of partitions 12 of the blade portion 7 of the strip protruding from the plastic housing 6 by fastening the razor handle 13. In the first stage of the process, lane 1 is sharpened and
Wits along opposite edges to obtain two opposite sharpened cutting edges 2; in the second stage, strip 1 sharpened on both sides along the longitudinal axis until two separate strips 14 with one-sided grinding are obtained. Each strip is then cut between alternating holes 3 to form a series of individual blades 15, each of which is held by a narrow partition 16 on a continuous strip 1. A series of interconnected blades are then passed into a molding machine, where around each individual blade a plastic case is molded consisting of a safety part 17 and a cover 18, or a shaving head 19 and a handle 13 connected to it. Plastic casting in the blade part of each individual razor covers the ends of each blade, leaving open only partition 16, which is cut off at the final stage of the method, and
11, 4
Kirsch 18 casting may overlap part of partition 16 so that when cutting a partition the uneven part of the metal remains closed. The method allows making safety razors with one or two blades by feeding two bands simultaneously to the molding machine, at that the band is -
above the other with a certain gap in the zone where the blade part is being formed.
When the body is molded, a safety comb and collar can be formed on the blades of one strip, and a cover and a handle can be formed on the blades of the second strip.
The method improves performance by eliminating
assembly operations, as well as the quality of razors due to the accurate and reliable positioning and clamping of the blades during the molding process of the plastic corus.
